ALVAS Bikes are backed by a limited warranty for the original owner against manufacturing defects under normal use.

Start with your local dealer.
Return the clean bike to the original retailer or your nearest ALVAS dealer with proof of purchase and a clear explanation of the issue.
The retailer will assess the bike and liaise with ALVAS Bikes Australia where required.
